    Our restaurant is located on Ciegos Street, an emblematic cobblestone walkway in Jerez that was integrated into the González Byass Winery at the end of the 20th century.

    The roof covered with virgin vines and the stone floor in bluish tones creates a perfect climate for the preservation of wine, and offers the walker a unique play of light and shadow until you reach our table.

    A tireless soul

    If Pedro Nolasco were to walk through the streets of Jerez, he would surely do so in a novel and eye-catching artifact. That's how he was, eloquent, friendly and with business vision, that's why he was called “El Cuco”.

    Our restaurant is a tribute to his sensation-hungry spirit, in love with his land and family tradition. After five generations, his drive continues to inspire.

    The tableware of the Altillanas

    The Finca “El Altillo” was acquired by Manuel María González Ángel, founder of Bodegas Tío Pepe, for family recreation and to host celebrations with numerous personalities of the high society of Jerez and England.

    The tableware used in these formal receptions, has passed from generation to generation and today frame the tables of our restaurant as an inspiration of the family legacy and the exquisiteness of that time.

A different gastronomic offer that unites history, passion and future.
