What is the Tio Pepe Challenge?
It is a global competition that aims to inspire the bartender community to explore the versatility of the wines and spirits of Jerez, by creating spectacular cocktails. Each country’s winner will have the opportunity to travel to out winery in. Jerez to live the experience of the competition’s grand global final.

González Byass Sherry Cask
Since the very beginning of the history of the wines made in Jerez, wooden barrels have been the cellarmen’s most important tool for refining their wines. This new Sherry Cask Edition will combine mixology, Jerez wines and spirits aged in butts that have previously contained wine to bring the uniqueness of our wines to bartenders from all over the world.

Be selected to participate in the Finnish final and get a chance to represent your bar internationally at the Tio Pepe Challenge global final.
- ✓ Participation deadline (Finland) March, 10th.
- ✓ National finalists will be announced two weeks before the final.
- ✓ A jury of experts will select the local winner on the day of the event.
- ✓ The 3 best Sherry Cocktails in each country will receive a recognition for their establishment.
The Finnish final will be held on the March 24th.
The resultant winner will advance to the global final, which takes place from the 6th till the 8th of May in Jerez de la Frontera.
