At the first sign of sunshine, mix yourself a refreshing Tiojito - our take on the classic Rebujito cocktail enjoyed by Jerez locals throughout the summer months.
What you need:
- 50ml Tio Pepe
- 100ml Lemonade
- Sprig of Mint
- Ice
How to make:
In a tumbler glass muddle mint leaves with ice cubes, add your Tio Pepe, top up with lemonade and mix. This is always a crowd pleaser so if you wanted to make it in larger quantities in a cocktail jug for family and friends then keep the ratio 1/3 Tio Pepe to 2/3 lemonade. Enjoy!
