Tres Palmas is biological ageing brought to its limit. A wine balancing between life and death. After 10 years ageing in contact with the ‘flor’, it has a unique personality.Just one cask, the number 38 found in Bodega La Constancia has been selected from 149 casks making up this historical solera.

On the palate, very potent, creamy, salty and very tasteful. Its finish is extremely long, almost unctous and fatty, leaving an eternal, spicy, tasty, creamy and subtly bitter aftertaste. A wine that reflects the thin line between a Fino and a Amontillado.

aroma

Very complex nose where the marked aromas of veil of flor are accompanied by subtle reminders of noble oak, vanilla, camomile, dried fruits, orange peel and caramel.
