The morning begins with a pleasant visit and breakfast at Viña Canariera, where you will learn about the tasks that are performed in the field for the care of the Palomino and Pedro Ximénez grapes.  

Once the day in the fields is over, you will be taken to the Bodega Tío Pepe, in the heart of the historic center of Jerez, to learn about the Solera and Criaderas system used to age our wines, brandies and vinegars. You will walk through vine-lined streets, discover the most secret corners of the winery and have exclusive access to the world's largest bottle cellar of Sherry Wines, with large collections from the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. 

There you will have the opportunity to taste some of our oenological jewels and to finish this VIP Tour, enjoy a paired lunch at Pedro Nolasco Restaurant, located inside the cellars and with impressive views of the Cathedral.
